| This weekend marked an exciting milestone for our Junior Firefighter program as our members participated in the annual All-County Spring Juniors Day, hosted by the Mount Airy Volunteer Fire Company.
For our Juniors, the day was filled with opportunities to grow—not just in skill, but in confidence and teamwork. Training alongside peers from across Carroll County, they were challenged in new ways, exposed to different aspects of the fire service, and encouraged to step outside their comfort zones.
From hands-on training evolutions to interactive demonstrations, the experience provided a well-rounded look at what it means to serve. Just as important, it gave our Juniors the chance to connect with others who share the same passion and commitment to the fire service.
Moments like these are where growth happens—where skills are strengthened, friendships are formed, and future leaders begin to take shape.
We are incredibly proud of the way our Juniors represented Reese throughout the day. Their willingness to learn, support one another, and rise to the challenge speaks volumes about the future of our company and the fire service as a whole.
We’re grateful to the Mount Airy Volunteer Fire Company for hosting this impactful event and to all departments who helped make it possible. |
