Around 6:30 this evening, units from Westminster, Reese and New Windsor Volunteer Fire Company's were alerted for a motor vehicle accident in the 600 Blk of Ridge Rd in Westminster's 3-2 box area.

Upon arrival, units from Westminster found a vehicle with one occupant, off of the roadway entrapped in the tree line and an old utility pole.

The driver of the vehicle was able to self-extricate with assistance once access into the vehicle was made by emergency personnel.

Units cleared the scene shortly after arrival.
