On February 22, 2021 at 4:02 a.m. Reese and Community Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a 30,000 gallon propane tank leaking in the 2900 block of Industrial Park Drive in the 9-6 Box.

Upon arrival Engine 9-1 determined the leak was large and needed additional resources, so a Hazardous Materials assignment was dispatch, the crew was able to secure the liquid and vapor valves and mitigated the leak.

Reese VFC answered the call with 11 personnel.
