The "Bobby Ride" is hosted annually to honor the life and legacy of Reese VFC Career Staff Member (40 plus years) and long-time friend Robert "Bobby" Jones who died in the line of duty in January 2022. Proceeds from the Memorial Ride event are donated to a scholarship fund maintained and managed by Reese VFC to help cover costs for educational opportunities for active riding members and officers.
To date, Bobby Ride participants have helped raise over $9,500 in Bobby's memory for the scholarship fund!
