Hall Rental Information
1. Renter is responsible for any damages incurred.
2. The Reese and Community Volunteer Fire Company is not responsible for accidents.
3. Total Capacity for the hall not to exceed 350.
4. The Basic Rental cost of $625.00 includes 4 hours of event time with the latest time of use for hall to be 11:00 pm. Each additional hour is $100.00 each. Setup and cleanup time is provided free. Premises must be cleaned up and vacated by 12:00 midnight.
5. There is a $250.00 security deposit required. This is returned after your rental if there are no damages to the hall.
6. A 50% deposit is required at time of contract. Full payment will be required 30 days prior to Rental.
7. A Certificate of Liability Insurance is required for all rentals.
8. The entire building is a Smoke Free Building.

Hall is not available for rental on Thursdays and the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month.
